  • Document a plan. Co-create a written, actionable plan with milestones, and assign a dedicated mentor.
  • Execute. Ongoing milestone check-ins and problem-solving support until the goal is reached — not just until the plan is written.

Increased Ghana-based small businesses, increased income, and increased sustainable employment.

  • Assess & place. Assess skill, interest and aptitude; place into Phase 1 (fashion/creative) or Phase 2 (programming/digital).
  • Train. Hands-on trade training plus business best-practices — pricing, budgeting, marketing — paired with a trade expert.
  • Launch & sustain. Support launching a business or securing paid work, with ongoing check-ins and market connections.

Online education with BYU Pathway Worldwide

More BYU Pathway credentials completed, and greater desire among graduates to build a future in Ghana.

  • Equip. Assess eligibility and distribute a laptop; set up internet and digital-literacy support.
  • Enroll & support. Enroll in BYU Pathway Worldwide with tuition payment support and academic coaching.
  • Sustain to completion. Track progress term over term with accountability check-ins, then connect graduates to job placement.
